An AI ID Code (format: EE-AID-YYYY-XXXXXX) is a unique identifier assigned to an AI agent registered on AgentID.ee. It enables traceability, compliance auditing, and public verification of the agent's actions.

Is AgentID.ee compliant with Estonian regulations?

AgentID.ee is built to align with Estonia's emerging AI ID Code framework and EU AI Act requirements. It uses the same cryptographic principles as Estonia's X-Road/KSI infrastructure (Guardtime), including Ed25519 signatures and blockchain timestamping.

Beta notice: AgentID.ee is currently in private beta testing. These Terms apply to invited users. The service may be changed, interrupted or terminated with 30 days' notice during the beta phase.

1. Definitions

"Platform": the SaaS service AgentID.ee accessible at app.agentid.ee.
"AI ID Code": the unique identifier in the format EE-AID-YYYY-XXXXXX issued by the Platform for each registered AI agent.
"AI Agent": any autonomous or semi-autonomous artificial intelligence system registered by the User on the Platform.
"Audit Log": the immutable record of actions taken by AI Agents, with SHA-256 hash-chaining.
"User": the natural or legal person who accesses and uses the Platform.

2. Scope of service

AgentID.ee provides:

Issuance and management of AI ID Codes for AI agents, in compliance with the Estonian regulatory framework.
Immutable and verifiable recording of AI agent actions (audit trail).
Compliance tools for the EU AI Act and applicable local regulations.
Monitoring dashboard and alerting for agent management.

3. Acceptance of terms

By using the Platform, the User fully accepts these Terms. If the User acts on behalf of a company, they represent that they have the authority to bind it contractually.

4. User obligations

The User agrees to:

Register only AI agents they own or are authorised to manage.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Not use the Platform for unlawful activities or to register AI agents intended for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
Not attempt to tamper with, alter or compromise the integrity of Audit Logs.
Keep access credentials confidential and immediately notify any unauthorised access.
Comply with local regulations applicable to the use of AI systems in their country.

5. Plans and payments

The Platform offers free and paid plans. Prices are listed in the Billing section. Payment is processed via Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Service limits (Free plan)

The Free plan includes operational limits (10 logs/day, 50 logs/month). Upon reaching the limits, the service is suspended for 7 hours to encourage an upgrade. AgentID.ee reserves the right to modify Free plan limits with 14 days' notice.

7. Service availability

AgentID.ee aims to guarantee 99.5% monthly availability (SLA). Excluded: scheduled maintenance (notified 24h in advance), outages caused by third parties (Google Firebase, etc.), force majeure events. During the Beta phase, no SLA is contractually guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, source code, hash-chaining algorithms, the AI ID Code framework and all related materials are the exclusive property of Dokoyo Koyo Holding OÜ and are protected by copyright and trade secrets. Any reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited. AI ID Codes issued remain the property of the User for their registered agents.

9. Limitation of liability

AgentID.ee is not liable for: indirect damages, loss of profits, damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform. AgentID.ee's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months. AgentID.ee does not guarantee that the AI ID Codes issued will satisfy all regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction — it is the User's responsibility to verify local compliance.

10. Termination

The User may cancel their account at any time. AgentID.ee may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, with immediate notice for serious violations or 30 days' notice in other cases. Upon termination, data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. For EU consumer users, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence apply.
